DMCA Policy

Brasília Tennis Open respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Policy describes our procedures for responding to alleged copyright infringement and for submitting counter-notifications.

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Brasília Tennis Open website or service, please notify our Designated Copyright Agent as set forth below.

Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement

To file a notice of copyright infringement with Brasília Tennis Open, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content, which was removed or disabled, is not infringing or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Brasília Tennis Open may be found and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of the alleged infringement.
